Macrolog

My First Weblog

Whilst searching for my site in Google’s directory, I came across this, my first foray into the world of blogging.

I have to say that I had completely forgotten about this for a while - most of 2001, to be exact. I just wasn’t really as into the concept of blogging as I am now. I didn’t really have much to say. And I was lazy as fuck.

But, of course, since last November, I’ve been doing this, and I love doing it, and I’ll keep doing it for as long as circumstances allow me. Although there is one little snag - this blog isn’t listed in Google’s directory.

So I scratched my brain to rememeber my old login name and password, and after a few aborted attempts I eventually got access, left a little note (with a link to here, of course), and closed the site for good.

It may be nothing more than a ghost site now, but at least it leads to the afterlife.

(Of course, I couldn’t let the old place die out without a last breath. I salvaged a couple of links that a) are still working and b) are still as funny as I remember them. So, without further ado, I present to you an old, yet interesting look into the minds of prospective philosophy students… and the Kama Sutra of Pooh.)
