Macrolog Personal
Fourth of July
I wake up this morning to find that I have an affliction that seems to resemble hayfever. Which is strange since I can’t remember ever suffering from hayfever, at least not since I was a youngster.
I get a letter in the post from the institute of technology. I have not been accepted to the course. Honestly, such a letter wasn’t unexpected. But bad news and irritated sinuses don’t mix very well. I get passive agressively ratty for no good reason.
I’m online, in the middle of a conversation with her. A heated one, at that. Then she gets cut off. And I’m left here feeling mixed up and alone.
So it’s a happy fucking fourth of July, then.
