South Africa Snaps

At long last, I present a modest selection of the many photos I took when I spent a week in what used to be the Transvaal region of South Africa at the end of the summer, divided loosely between views of the Eastern Lowveld and of the southern tip of Kruger National Park.

oh wow!!!! just… wow… oh my god, I’m so moving to Suid Afrika! Daar die land van bloedrivier.. right, shutting up now. Wow. And elephants. You blasé little… “just one of many elephants”, yet no giraffe. Poor Mac. And crocs. Ew. And shy deer and stuff. And waterfalls! and the breathtaking views.. oh my god… I’m living in the flattest country possible and you go and post all these mountains and plateaus… and I’m infinitely jealous!! What an amazing country!
