Kurt Ballou Interviewed, Nick Millevoi Reviewed and More

Converge played a stormer here in Dublin last night. You should’ve been there. Ahead of the gig I interviewed guitarist Kurt Ballou for Thumped; it was my first interview in quite a while (even if it was done by e-mail) so I’m glad it turned out OK.
Also on the site from me are reviews of Serpentine Path, Ufomammut, Dublin band Jogging and two of my favourite records of the year so far, Pig Destroyer’s Book Burner and the debut from avant hardcore crew Wölfbait.
Meanwhile, on Burning Ambulance you can find my takes on Yakuza’s latest album Beyul and Nick Millevoi’s solo tape In White Sky.
